Order:
Once you´ve placed an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation sent to you by mail. We will pack your order and weigh packages. Then we will return to you what the total cost will be, and send with our BG account. If the money does not come into our bank within 10 days, the order will be removed. Once we receive your payment we will send you the order.

If any of your goods would have been exhausted, we´ll contact you and possibly offer a similar be instead.
If you placed an order but not heard from us in 5 working days, please let us know.

Payment:

• Advance. You can certainly pay to our bank (Bank Giro 317-3481).
• Online Payment, you can do as you acted clear - Coming soon
• Invoice: Usual credit is made and a invoicecost on 19kr charged.

You are also welcome to the store and retrieve your package.

Right:
According to Swedish law you have the option to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. These must be unused and unopened packages that you can return them. Postage costs for returns, you as a customer for. You must contact us before you send anything.

Delivery:
We´ll send your package as soon as possible after we received your payment (see under the heading of ordering). We do this usually within 1-4 days. Then we post the item and all liability for packets transmitted to the customer. We are not replacing the package lost in the post.

Transport Injuries:
Is your parcel damaged, you should immediately notify the nearest post office /delivery.

Complaints:
If it would be wrong for someone, you must notify us within 5 days. Then you notice how best to handle it.

Backorder:
Products not in stock backordered not but you can order again when the goods are in stock. However, please feel free to send us an email so we put away for you at the next delivery.

Reservations:
We reserve the right to any delivery delays, misprint and price adjustments that occur outside our control. We reserve the right to change the price at the exchange rate changes, tax changes, or anything else that happens after we set the price. As for colors, it can differentiate between what you see on the screen and the real product. This is unfortunately nothing we can do something about where it is due to the different screen´s settings.

Force Majeure:
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in employment, public authority, refusal to supply from subcontractors, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and pledges from MiMa´s Scrapbooking, which makes MiMa´s Scrapbooking can not keep that agreement /pledge, shall constitute the basis that MiMa´s Scrapbooking released from his obligations to fulfill those agreements.
